MCC has developed a line of mechanical coolant concentrate mixers to meet the needs of all metalworking shops. These mixers eliminate the traditional fluid mixing methods which often result in poor fluid concentration with subsequent problems of corrosive machine maintenance, fluid rancidity and the final expense of fluid disposal.

Dual-Ratio, Dual-Product Dispenser for TRIM® CLEAN Products

The Skrambler2™ is a rugged, industrial grade, dual-ratio mixer made for dispensing TRIM® CLEAN products.
Advantages:
- Dual 3.5 gpm air gap eductor proportioners can dispense one or two products at different ratios
- Heavy-duty, stainless steel cabinet protects the nozzles and connections
- The patented air gap eductors meet the ANSI A112.1.2 Standard for back-flow prevention
- All components of the Skrambler2 are highly chemical resistant and compatible with the full line of TRIM® CLEAN maintenance cleaner products

Foaming Applicator for TRIM® CLEAN Products

The Whammer™ is a simple, durable, low-cost foaming dispenser for TRIM® CLEAN maintenance cleaners.
Advantages:
- The Whammer will produce a foaming spray stream of TRIM® cleaner for cleaning the surfaces of machine tools or large clean-in-place parts
- Cleaner concentration is easily adjusted with replaceable nozzles (included) from about .5% to 6%
- Foamed cleaner goes further, and the foam helps you keep track of where product has been sprayed
- The Whammer is resistant to all TRIM® CLEAN maintenance cleaner concentrates
- Simple construction makes it easy to clean and use

UNIMIX™

The UNIMIX™ is a water-driven, positive displacement proportioner, which dispenses coolant on demand at the desired concentration. Special units availible for alkaline parts washing fluids.
