TRIM® RPO 6

TRIM® RPO 6 is a nonstaining, water displacing, thin film rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. RPO 6 is designed to provide indoor rust inhibition. RPO 6 provides excellent protection for bearings and other precision parts, in-process parts in storage, as well as parts in transit.
- Excellent rust inhibition, generally in excess of six months in dry storage
- Nonstaining, and RP 06 will provide cleaning action as well
- Water displacing to help prevent rust due to water trapped under the protective film
- Oxidation resistant to resist varnishing over long storage periods
- Easily removed with detergent cleaners such as TRIM® CLEAN 2029 “One-Step”
- Humidity Cabinet Test: No rust at 1000 hours (ASTM D1748)
- Salt Spray Test: eight hours no rust/24 hours very slight (ASTM B117)
