TRIM® TAP NC is a blend of synthetic and vegetable-based lubricants and additives possessing strong friction reducing properties. It is designed for use with metals of low machinability and is specifically recommended at full strength for flooding applications involving broaching, sawing, milling, tapping, threading, gear cutting and shaving, gundrilling and reaming.
- No chlorine, sulphur or phenols
- Promotes excellent finish
- Assists in parts size control
- Delivers exceptionally long tool life
- Reduces rubbing of the tool flank
- Formulated to be water washable to facilitate removal of residue from machine parts
- Compatible with most TRIM cutting and grinding fluids when applied for added lubricity on extremely tough jobs
