Centrifuge Pre-filter Systems

Retrofit existing XYBEX® Systems with a pre-filter that will remove particulates before the centrifuge, thus extending the processing time between manually cleaning the centrifuge bowl.
Complete packages are provided with a choice of bag or cartridge filter, interconnecting hoses, pressure regulators and gauges, and flow control valve; all mounted on a common base that sits next to your XYBEX® System.
Filter systems can also be designed for specific applications or for installing on individual machine tools.

General Filtration Systems

A complete filter line is available for new installations as well as retrofitting old equipment. These include small and large filter housings which can be fitted with either bag or cartridge filters. Replacement filters are also available for most manufacturer's filter housings.
Bag-type filters:

- # 2 size: 7 1/2" dia. x 31 1/2" L (191mm dia. x 800mm L)
- C-style and G-style rings
Pleated element filters:

Yellow Bellied Sump Sucker™

The Yellow Bellied Sump Sucker™ will clean virtually any machine tool sump quickly
and thoroughly. During the process of cleaning the machine, the sump cleaner
also:
Removes the coolant,
sludge and chips from the sump
Filters the sludge
and chips from the coolant
Returns the filtered
coolant to the sump, or transports the
coolant to waste treatment for disposal or to a Master Chemical XYBEX®
Recycling System
The Yellow Bellied Sump Sucker is fast! In a typical example, a cylindrical
grinder sump with 120 U.S. gallons (454 liters) of coolant and 700 pounds
(318 kilograms) of sludge was completely cleaned, the coolant filtered,
and returned to the sump in ten minutes.
